Opt-Outs

This may be a bit of a strange request, but i'd love to see Minor League Free Agents be able to have a set "Opt-Out" date to have to be added to a 40-man roster. In reality many former MLBers who are now with MiLB clubs have an opt-out and it would be a cool feature.

They actually have that. You can sign someone to a minor league contract with major league option. I believe it functions as:
-minor league salary while on the farm
-if they get put on the majors (40-man roster, I think), they get a specified salary
-if they're not activated by a certain date, then they become a free agent.

I could be wrong but I think the way it is with OOTP 12 the player has to be on either of the MLB rosters within 30 days or he then becomes a free agent and in real life that's not exactly how it works. Most players will give that team something like 60 or 90 days to promote him. So I think this feature of the game could use some tweaking.
