Dat files

One thing I would want in OOTP 13 is the ability to not only be able to open the .dat files but to also be able to edit them. I remember in the older versions of OOTP you could use WinRar to open and edit these files. I miss the ability to edit these files to my liking.

One other thing I just thought of. In the advanced financials page, where it lists the most and least cost effective players, I want to see that list expanded to include all players in the organization. It sure would help me out a lot if I could more easily see who the AI thinks is considered a least cost effective player. The way it is in versions 11 and 12 it only lists a few players. Not enough in my opinion.

Edit #1: I also want the ability to un-retire any coach, manager, GM etc.

Two thumbs up here. I did not purchase OOTP 11 because of the lack of this feature, and I almost did not purchase OOTP 12. This is where OOTP could take its cue from Wolverine Sports—by creating the .dat files so that they can be opened by Access/Excel. While not very likely, I hope this feature is added in upcoming next update to OOTP 12; if not, then definitely to OOTP 13.
