Game Setup Options

1- the ability to lock to a 6-man rotation (it resets every spring training to 5-man)

2- ability to limit foreigners per team nationality in feeder leagues (when creating a multi-country feeder league, you can limit foreigners to 0, but they get scrambled between all the teams, so england might have 4 germans, 3 frenchies, 2 spaniards, etc, instead of 100% english)

3- when adding teams to a division per the league structure screen, dont reassign all the existing teams to new divisions in the league.

4- bring back scouting to feeder leagues, most important to college feeders. except that make them more of a recruiting type of position, and it effects the new players that get generated per team.

5- when adding feeders or minor league teams, dont automatically create teams and coaches. just create the league.

6- ability to lock potential ratings.

other ideas while we're here

- have some high school [feeder] players go to college without having to go through the mlb draft first.

- add retirement year as a customizable column

- when editing players. add steals to the "resulting stats" area to create a steal ability and running speed rating for players and vice verse.

- when importing players, make their potential ratings from their career highs, and their current stats (assuming they are imported draft eligible or sooner) their career lows.

- add position/pitcher players. a player should be able to play short stop, and pitch every 5 games if you want.

I'm for 1 and 3 and also have same League Rules/Options for all Minor Leagues so if I set Postesason to be 9 Games for like International other Leagues will be 9 to because will same me steps to do.
When Expansion Teams get added like 93 Marlins also real Minor League Teams come with it.
Also a Option to see Teams Transaction News past 2010 season because it doesn't happen and you have to go to Transactions Page to see and would like to see when a Trade is made saying like Mike Thompson sent to Double-A or Jon Marks has been DFA.
Also Minor League E. League Options to.
