World Baseball Classic

It's probably been mentioned before, but I would love to have an option to play a World Baseball Classic every season. I would like it to be played after the World Series (in a warm weather city of domed stadium). I know that the real baseball world doesn't play it every year, and when they do it is during spring training, but I would like an option to play it every year.

The World Baseball Classic is the logical place to begin when discussing the implementation of international baseball, but it is important to remember that there has long been a Baseball World Cup, separate from the WBC. Both of these tournaments are sanctioned by the International Baseball Federation (IBAF) and, as such, it would make sense to include both tournaments if this feature made the cut for OOTP 13.

The chief distinction that should be made between the two tournaments is that Major League players are not permitted to compete at the Baseball World Cup.
