Better GM AI
I recently tried to start a career as a manager in the GCL.
-My General Manager drafted 15 catchers and only 8 pitchers.
-As I skimmed the rosters of the other affiliated teams, I noticed that every team except the MLB had only 11 pitchers, except for mine, which only had 8.
-Badly needed position players keep getting sent down to GCL and then released.

These problems have been in the system since OOTP 9.
