Player names and history

Player history fix I would like to see for the next version:

Right now, when two players in a game have the same last name, OOTP only acknowledges one in the game summary. For example, my team has a perennial all-star first baseman, Ken Murphy, and a struggling rookie relief pitcher, Jed Murphy. Every time I refer to Ken Murphy in the game summary, only the name Muphy is hyperlinked, and it leads to Jed. The game summary appears in Jed's history.

I would like to see the game handle player names better in the summaries, if it can.

Also: nicknames appear in character profiles, but I never see them used anywhere in the game. If I refer to "The Luck of the Irish" in a game summary, I'd love to see the game realize I am referring to Ken Murphy, and link to him.
