Make a separate minor and major career managerial record in OOTP 13

I like this idea. Perhaps there should be a filter for what level baseball (Major League, AAA, etc.) the manager was working at, similar to the filter we use for player statistics.

I'd also like to see total career earnings for both players and managers (including minor league wages - wouldn't that be cool?) as well as yearly breakdowns.
