Coaching Suggestions

I love the coaching system, for me it's one of the best features in the game. But I would love to see these improvements:

1. Ability to interview candidates from outside organization: For example, if I fire my manager, I would like the option to interview Team X's bench coach, and Team Y's Triple-A manager. This way coaches don't have to be free agents, or already employed by your team.

2. On the other hand, it would be cool for teams to interview my other coaches. If they accept an offer, I would have the option to offer them more money, promote them, or just let them go. In most cases, if it's a ML managing job, they will go.

I like this idea, there needs to be something set up like MLB that allows you to try and trade for managers even. Something to where you can see if someone is willing to take on a position you have available, then if they do you might have to buy out their contract and/or offer something in trade.

The Cubs and Red Sox are a great example of this with the Cubs picking up a new skipper from the RS.

I wouldn't even mind a basic system where once my coach is fired/leaves, I'm given a list of say 5-10 "suggestions", based on who should be acceptable coaches based on my team. And even more personal for coaches, where maybe a certain manager would want to bring along their preferred bench coach, or pitching coach too. So maybe if I have an opening, I get a message from my manager being like, "Hey, I think you should have a serious look at XXX as a new hitting coach."
