The implementation of the new rules should be in the next game. Two wild card teams per league and Houston move to the American League West.

Also any animated players in the next OOTP? Still looking for at least MicroLeague Baseball animations and APBA announcers and play by play calling.

The Astros move won't occur until 2013. Markus has another year to implement this. If he doesn't, you can do it yourself in OOTP 12 now.
