Give the contract in our message when we are notified about team option years!

At the end of the year I am given emails about whether to decline/accept option years on certain people's contracts... but I have no idea how much the option is for/what the buyout is!

You should put that simple info in the email message so I don't have to click on the player and search for the contract. Not a big deal by any means, but just a way to make the game go a little bit quicker.
