More Draft Options

I would love if when doing the annual amateur draft if I could give the scout some direction for his recommendation. For example, in a given round I might be wanting to draft a college catcher and would like to be able to ask the scout for a recommendation of the best available player who meets that criteria. Even if it was just the ability to say pitcher or hitter, college or high school, that would be great. Thanks.
