Player Development Guidance

In the old days, you could tell the game to develop certain traits or teach new positions during spring training. It would be great if you could direct your minor league development to focus on certain things with some players, like "Improve Batting Eye" or "Add Another Pitch". No guarantee of success and possibly slow development in other areas, but it would be great to have this ability.

More interaction with coaches and scouts is something I think would be a great addition.
