couple ideas
I would like to see "windows for negotiations". Basically being given the opportunity to to negotiate a contract extension with a player on another team before agreeing to close trade for that player.

Also, as far as I can tell no trade clauses are absolute in ootp 12. I'd like to see something more realistic. Which would be the player being about to agree to a trade to a certain team or teams if he wishes.
