League Settings Report

I think a lot of online league members, current and prospective, would love an html report that shows what settings the league uses. This stuff is visible to the commish, but to no one else and as a result the only way to find this info is to get commish access yourself or to ask the commish and hope he tells you or hope that the league has manually included it on their website.

I'm talking about a report of info like: injury frequency, "overall rating based on...", aging and dev speed, AI player evaluation weightings, lineup selection, max roster sizes, dates, period lengths, finance numbers, whether the owner controls budgets or not (not that that option works AFAIK, but if it did...), etc. I know I've personally been curious about all of these at one point or another and I have to imagine many others have too.
