10/10/06 Amnesty Day and a new warning system.

10/10/06 = Warning Amnesty Day and new forum warning system goes into use today.

Due to the fact that we updated our forum software our old warning system for forum violations no longer works. Because of this we have had to change to a new system and in doing so all previous warnings are now wiped off the books(ALL bannings whether permanent or temporary will still remain in place however). So for those who have less than 4 warnings consider yourselves forgiven.

Here is a basic rundown on how the new warning system will work:
The forum rules and guidelines will remain the same, only the way that the warning system functions will be changed. When a post violates the rules and a warning is given a “red card” will be shown on the bottom right of the post, this can be clicked to reveal the details of the warning(if given). Warnings (less than 4) will be removed 90 days after they are given. Moderators may give a “custom infraction” which is typically reserved for spammers, etc and these result in an automatic permanent banning. As before, 4 violations/warnings will result in a banning also.
