i hate you sometimes jaffe. I really do. Speaking of Lee, he just grounded out with bases loaded a little while ago.

At least they got the win today. I don't think Wheeler will last too long and Garner has hinted that Lidge can win back his spot. How many chances should one person get? I mean I like Lidge, he's done alot for us, but I agree with Erik, trade him to the AL and see what he does. Of course sports radio is saying keep him because we won't get anything for him and the last thing the Astros want is for him to come back and haunt them!

So far I am not impressed with Lee...doesn't he have as many homers as Everett now? Oh, and I heard that Everett is now tied for the all-time Astros HR lead for shortstops with Dickie Thon (34 homers...that's just a long line of ugly).

Yea. The SS i can remember in recent years are everett, ricky gutierrez, tim bogar, bill spiers(played more 3B with the stros), orlando miller, julio lugo. Not much talent there outside of lugo.

Dealing players when they're at the depths of trade value is a recipe for cellar dwelling. Houston should keep Lidge out of high leverage situations until he proves he's done or gets his head screwed back on.

Ah, well that explains what would otherwise have been a foolish move.

I was sad to see him go back then, but you just can't go around beating women, especially when one of the Astros big wigs is on the Board for the Shelter for Battered Women or whatever she is on.

We are at 10-14 with Adum Dunn and the Reds coming into town tomorrow.
This could be a big series for us.

Well the bullpen and offense has not been kind to Bronson so far this year, 0-2 with a 2.86 ERA.

Well with the way we have been hitting with runners on base, they just need to get a run, then a pitching machine could take over in like the seventh and we still wouldn't score.

Line could be

Astros 0
Reds 1

W. Arroyo
L. Albers
S. Pitching Machine
