Well 16 mins gone and Everton have played more attacking football than they did in 90 mins against Wigan, playing better than they did at the weekend but Spurs are very poor defending.

He tried to let the play catch up with him instead of stepping back onside and he gets paid around £50k a week for dumb decisions like that.

I know it's early in the season but Spurs have played over 110 mins of football and look very ordinary, got to play way better or they've no chance of a top four finish.

Just think you have Berbatov, Keane, Bent and Johnson on the field which must add up to around £50 million if not more of talent and both goals have been scored by defenders who cost £6 million.

45 mins Free kick from Stubbs deflected in past the motionless Robinson, turns out to be the last kick of the first half as Everton go in leading 3-1. Thank God they never played like this on Saturday or they'd have blown Wigan away.

Thanka, Spurs leave the field with boo's ringing in their ears, Everton have been the better team but you have to realise that Spurs are missing King, Dawson and now Kaboul from their back four, you have to think how would a team like Man Utd perform if they had Vidic, Ferdinand and Evre missing.

He's actually not done much in this game but score, lucky goal but you take your chances. Everton just about deserve the lead but have to say been no player that has stood out so far.
