With all the hard tackling looks like an American football game might break out.

Ballet Argentina is a lot more fun to watch than Chav/Thug Argentina.

I guess they will have to prove it Sunday, but can there be much question Argentina is the best team in the world?

This isnt the same Mexico we saw the first 60 minutes..they have had their souls ripped out. Maybe if they had put a bit more into the offense and a bit less to team thuggery in the first half they would still be in this.

Are you getting an American and a Scot as the commentators?

El presidente azulgrana aprovechó una cena con Macri, presidente de Boca, para obtener una opción preferencial sobre Rodrigo Palacio.
Palacio to Barca..he arguably is better than Henry at this moment. Barca has too many strikers. Might it not breed discontent amongst them?

Yep, an American and some Ray Hudson guy....what the hell is he taking? He's a nutter!

Also, anyone see the U20 Uruguay vs USA? Classy Uruguayans as usual.

Hudson is just enthusiastic. His passion for the game puts a smile on my face.

Is there any reason to think that Italy and France aren't better?

That's a bit of a stretch. If he's healthy, there's no question that Henry's better than Palacio. The Argentine Primera's a good league, but it's not the Premier League. The only question is Henry's health. I don't really see Palacio as anything more than a replacement for Saviola -- he's there strictly for depth.

Absolutely. Italy doesnt have the offensive firepower of Argentina and to say that France is at the top of the heap is silly. They made a good run at the last World Cup on the back of Zidane but he is gone..and they were terrible in the group stage matches. They have a good team but it would be hard to find a single French player who could start for Argentina.
