NBA Season Tickets: Total Cost... $43?

http://ww3.startribune.com/blogs/ran...-wha-happened/

The “Pay the Pick” deal advertised during last night’s televised Timberwolves game at Detroit was a new one to us. The deal: Your season ticket per game price is equal to whatever pick the Wolves get in the draft. They pick No. 1? $43 for 43 games, or $1 per game. Seriously. $86 for the No. 2 pick. And so on.

I'm so tempted...even to lose $43 at the chance at a #1 pick.

For how much I dislike basketball...this is so impressive. Especially how much TC tickets are for TWolves games.

Man, worst case scenario is a season ticket plan at 215 dollars.

And even that's a ridiculously good price.

Yeah, I still hate the Wolves, but don't know what those tickets are. $215 dollars for upper deck tickets is worthless. $215 for lower deck is niiiiice...whether I like the Wolves or not. If Garnett was still there, I'd probably have already bitten.

How is this working because I'd sure as hell buy season tickets and then sell them on ebay for 5-10 bucks a pop for a nice little profit.
