A special nod of appreciation to friendly rivals Tony and myasu, who are well-respected and liked here. To the rest of youse guys who are not so well-liked here, better luck next year. Up to a point, of course.

You were the best team this year, without a doubt.
It is always nice to see players enjoying the world series victory after the long series, no matter what the team is.

This was an incredible team. Not as good nor as fun to watch as the 1998 version, but I doubt I'll ever see that again.

Great year Yankees!

I am happy for Arod and Matsui most of all. ARod can finally just relax and play ball next year which is SCARY for the rest of the league and Matsui is such a unsung hero on that team.

Its also a pleasure to watch Jeter and Mariano just quietly go about their business as if pressure doesnt effect them at all.

Also, for all the crap their fans in this forum get they handle everything with dignity. Props to you guys for that.
