That was by far the worst NFL game ever played. Might as well have watched High School JV football.

One benefit of the doubt I will give the Browns (at least before the Bills game) is that it's not as though they were playing cupcakes. The combined record for the first 4 teams they faced: 17-3.

I agree re: Quinn, of course.

A win is a win, though. Take 'em where you can get 'em, because, alas, Roscoe Parrish doesn't play on any Browns' opponent but the Bills. Dick Jauron surely a 'dead' man walking now, right? Another future head coach of the Cleveland Browns.

Well, I do remember another site with a bunch of Bear fans that used to endlessly rail against Jauron as being a bumbling idiot.

As a VT fan that hurts.

But, they always seem to have the best special teams.

Well, I was reading about QBs who had games with a rating of 0. There was a game in the early 70s that had both QBs end up with that rating. That ws probably the worst game.

By the way what QB rating did Anderson have for that game? If it was 0 he'd be the first guy to do that and win in over 30 years.

I wasn't really trying to rip on Va Tech. It just seemed appropriate when the Browns won basically on a special teams play. Plus I live in ACC country so they are always topical.

As an aside, it could be a good year to be a Hokie fan.

The sad thing is that Braylon had several of those games for the Browns. Only a jackass would assume he wouldn't have some with the Jets. Past performance, though, indicates that games like last night will be few and far between.

And as for Braylon, look at his numbers. This is the 3rd straight year he's had a good game in his 5th game of the year. It means exactly what that little piece of trivia means, absolutely nothing. You want to talk about Braylon just needing to get out of Cleveland, come back when you actually have a larger sample size that 1 game.

Must be nice to have receivers that know how to, you know, receive. I say this not just because of the receivers the opposition has in this game, but because it seems 28 teams in the NFL have at least 1 receiver that knows what the hell they're doing. Would be nice to actually be one of those teams.

Anderson, last two games: 4/26. Yes, he's had some drops, but half of the drops are a result of a poor throw.

WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT? They stretched the chains. There was at least a link between the ball and the end the first down. And they gave them the first down. WHAT? That's horrendous!
