Isiah Thomas 'really hurt' over criticisms in Magic Johnson's upcoming book | The Fabulous Forum | Los Angeles Times

Thomas told Sports Illustrated he's "really hurt" over criticisms about him found in Johnson's new book, "When The Game Was Ours." The book, which will be released Nov. 4 and is co-written with Larry Bird and author Jackie MacMullan, deals extensively with the Lakers-Celtics-Pistons rivalry of the late 1980s and early '90s.

This is pretty funny.

Isaiah really needs to grow a pair; especially after the rumor mongering about Magic when he announced he had HIV. Isaiah and Magic used to kiss at half court before games and Isaiah wondered if Magic was gay??

Magic Johnson is just awesome! I am his biggest fan. I don't really understand why people are talking so much crap about him in the comments section of that page? Pretty lame. As far as Isiah goes, i liked him as a player (but was unaware of some of his underhanded tactics he used at the time) but ever since he retired from playing he's shown that he's kind of just a thug, and a whimpy thug at that. Magic on the otherhand has shown class all the way around as far as I have seen.

lol omg, Jim Rome is the dumbest person ever. Everything he says on his show is pathetic. Just by watching him for 5 minutes (on any day) you can tell that he is the most uninformed person involved in sports on the planet.

I meant the story was funny. Not necessarily his take on the story.

I only listen to him at lunch on the radio from time-to-time. I've actually never seen the ESPN show. But I disagree with the last statement.
