Don't me wrong—I have complained several times about how much the NFL has loosened its intentional grounding rules to make it easier for offences. I'm just surprised they actually called it this time when it hasn't been called in so many regular season games.
I know. To me it was like the play where the QB in the redzone throws it into the first row of endzone seats. Same thing. Never seen it called, ever.
