As a long suffering Raiders fan, words cannot begin to describe how this moment feels. Just Win Baby!

What an excellent team they put together, huh? But just like the NFC, the AFC is up for grabs. Anything can happen.

Cowboys
Giants
Falcons

Raiders
Chiefs
Patriots

I think our super bowl teams are in there. Other teams have an outside chance but I highly doubt they'll make it. But between the 6 teams I have mentioned I cannot begin to predict who will come out on top.

Pretty much agree with you except I think the Packers are more dangerous than Atlanta. Falcons "D" isn't there and if Julio doesn't get healthy they're in trouble come play-off time. But, like every year in every sport, when the play-offs start - anything can, and usually does, happen.

Yeah, Packers and Steelers were pretty much my thinking as the teams with an outside chance. The reason I left the Packers out was due to their midseason meltdown. Atlanta may have their problems, but I still think they can beat anyone in the NFC, anywhere. I can't say that for the Packers. Same goes for the Steelers.

Hoping the Raiders can get Mario Edwards jr back.
Think Goodell isnt gonna allow Aldon Smith to play till next year.
The defense doesnt look good according to rankings but i believe a 1,000 of those yards came in the first 2 games against 2 very good qbs. The defense has improved. The only game the Raiders were not competitive was the first KC game. They had a chance in the other 2 losses.
Another key imo was getting Washington back at RB. I think the 3 backs really compliment each other well.

McGloin has played before and has done ok with the crap they had in the past. Guess its his time to see what he can do with the weapons Carr had.
I dont expect him to put up Carr like numbers but the Raiders still have a great offensive line, some weapons at receiving and in the backfield. Plus the defense was helped by Edwards returning. Its gonna be tough without Carr but its a team game and injuries happen. But it does sting a little for Raider fans after waiting so long to get to the playoffs.
Hopefully Carr has a speedy recovery.
