What about having ambidextrious fighters on the game
Now from I understand in history there have been cases where a fighter could knock someone out with both hands. I mean I think Sugar Ray Robinson was like this and I think Tyson was. Why doesn't the game assume a fighter could be ambidextrious?

Excellent point, while Marvin Hagler was primarily a
southpaw he was quite adept at switching sides during a fight. Greg

Thats why I think this whenever I use a fighter like Lennox Lewis say. I mean I have SEEN him switch hands. So to say well he tries to fight southpaw but is unable to so he switches to his normal orthodox stance is in my opinion not an accurate thing that would happen as far as his abilities were concerned.I have heard Michael Moorer and also I think Oscar De Lahoya was also ambisextrious if I am right?

Now I know being ambidextrious means being able to use both hands equally well. But I think in my opinion there is a difference between a fighter who is southpaw and a fighter who is lefthanded. Let me explain, if you have a fighter who is lefthanded but can knock you out cold with his right does it matter what hand he brushes his teeth with? In other words I think there is a boxing definition of hand dominance and a general definition of hand dominance. When I was watching a dvd of Moorer-Foreman I remember them talking about how Moorer could brush his teeth with one hand, but do other things with the other. But in my opinion thats all irrelivent in boxing because in boxing all you care about is what hand they can throw that hook or a jab.
