I have a suggestion for the game

I was just playing the game and I realized something that often happens in boxing but never happens in the game. Ok say your a boxer and your fighting someone and then suddenly you cut your opponent over his right eye. Well when you go back to your corner sometimes your corner might say "work on that eye, he is cut" in other words there is no go for the cut strategy in the game? There should be one because this does happen in fights, I mean if a fighter is cut its not unusual for the opponent's corner to suggest aiming for the cut?
