Bio from the board game
126(77)-4-2
Flyweight Champion. Wilde possessed many things - one being the poorest physique ever owned by a fighter. Despite this he also had a devastating punch and gameness that was not matched. Often times he would fight people twice his weight and still win! As flyweight champ Wilde fought Pete Herman who could not even make weight for the bantam division. Herman gave Wilde a terrible beating that ended in the 17th round. Than Wilde defended his flyweight crown against Pancho Villa and succumed to another beating in the 7th round. There have been few fighters in history to dominate his weight class as Jimmy did - he is without doubt the all time great flyweight. |
