Taylor-Pavlik
Whomever hates Taylor out there, one thing you can't say is that he ducks opponents ...

I'm still somewhat on the Taylor bandwagon. The one thing I will say is that he fights to the level of his competition so I expect to see better performances than what he has showed in his last two outings. Pavlik (IMO) will be his toughest fight yet in the respect that he will throw punches (unlike Wright, Hopkins and Spinks) and they will have something on them (unlike Wright, Hopkins, Spinks or Ouma).
I'm leaning toward Pavlik inside 10 ... but Taylor won't stand right in front of Pavlik and say "hit me" like Miranda did either. Whoever wins this fight is sure to be my favorite MW. |

I have actually started to warm up to Pavlik. He's a humble guy who wants to make a mark in the sport and has the desire and hunger to become MW champ. Pavlik/Taylor should be a hell of a fight and i'm taking "The Ghost" TKO11.
Jermain has been a dissapointment since winning the title namely because he doesn't give 100% each and every time out and chooses to just "do enough" to win. He should be up for this fight but i'm not sure what to expect out of him. |

If Taylor chooses to fight, the way he usually does against the level of his competition, this could be the FOY. You know Pavlik is coming out to win the title and will throw punches. Taylor is quick and can give Pavlik angles and feints. The only question is whether Taylor will try to win or try to not lose. If he wants to prove something he will let his hands go and then we will have a fight. I am starting to get on the Pavlik bandwagon also, but I am interested to see how he does against the best fighter he will have fought, in Taylor.
