How should I play this game?

I downloaded the trial version of TB2, and I am not quite sure what to do, as in, what is a fun way to play. I set up tournaments and simmed them, but I really didnt' get much enjoyment from that. I dont know much about boxers, but boxing has always fascinated me for some reason.

Anyways, what are some good ways to play the game? any suggestions?

Check out the Inside the Ropes section to see what the other players do. Some have very detailed rules for running huge universes, and some have much simpler concepts. Pick something that suits you.

The next version will have a RPG or career type mode where you are the manager and you sign fighters. But most of us enjoy setting up our own universes like swamp pointed you to in the Inside the Ropes section.

I'd suggest picking fighters or divisions that interest you & simming fights there 1st. The fun for me is knowing about certain fighters & have the game sim fights that never took place in real life. You can almost picture the fight in your mind which is enjoyable for me.
