Retired and still in Rankings?

I got a question. In my universe i have finally reached my first retirement. John C Heenan has been fighting pretty good and stands at rank 7. Now it's time to retire him. So i do that that, put him in a different group and change his status to retired and what happens? He still has the 7th ranked behind his name in the 'Fighters' screen. In the Organisations screen where the Rankings are he's out of it, but not in the Main Screen, how can i change that? I tried manually editing his rank to 0, but that didn't work...

Kalinik, I think it may take until you save and exit the game a time or two before the game refreshes the rankings list. At least, that's been my experience.

Under options, be sure that you do not have the rank all selection toggled.

I have noticed this too. When I adjust pp on a fighter it takes another fight in that division for the rankings to change.

Apparently i reacted too fast. After one more month of fighting the rating on Heenan went away and he's now just retired. Thanks for the replies though.
