There was a "before" picture of Jon Favreau in People last week where he was listed as 6'2" 285 ... it was like looking in a mirror .. then the a-hole had to go and lose 80lbs in 8 months.
Wish I had a personal chef and trainer! |

I have also caught a couple of shows, but I am usually busy at this time of year, and seldom have time on Monday Night.

Kelly and I watch Prison Break and Terminator on Mondays .. but we record that. I really thought it would be better but it has gotten a little worse each week.
Carrie Anne comes off as even more of a fake b**** and Bruno comes off gayer if that is possible. Like I said though ... Elizabeth would have won American Idol with ease ... great singer and absolutely beautiful. |

Well I can't disagree with that.

Good points about her & Bruno - they played up to the camera too much in their 1st show. Based on what I saw, seems like the air time they receive on DWTS is just right for both of them. LOL, your comment about Bruno made me laugh & I'm sure that's true - he seemed that way in the 1st/only show I saw of Dance Wars. |

Well, we went to the 1st class & that was fine, we learned the waltz. Then for week 2 she got sick - she told me yesterday she wasn't this sick since she was in high school. The doc told her she had type A flu, whatever that means? And she had a flu shot. Anyway, we've missed all the classes since then - only 4 classes left. |

Overall not as good of a cast but that is all made up with Shannon Freaking Elizabeth ... woo hoo.
Girls much better than the guys again. Monica Seles, Kristie Yamaguchi, Marlee Maitlin should be interesting. Wish they had gotten Lisa Marie Pressley instead of Priscilla ... and then some fat broadway girl. Guys ... Jason Taylor, some Latin heart throb that has Kelly in a tizzy, Penn Gillette, Steve Guttenberg (amazing he is 50), Mario (some singer), and drawing a blank on the last guy |

To fill in the blank it is Adam Carrolla, but I agree with Shannon Elizabeth, and
the Tony Award winning actress looks pretty good too. Greg

I also watched the final episode of Dance Wars, and felt that Bruno's team were deserving winners.

If their goal was a pop group all on equal footing then they picked the right team. Elizabeth on Carrie Anne's team would win American Idol by a wide margin. |

I actually met one of the contestants @ a Target last week. I'd just had lunch & popped in there. There was a large crowd of people by the V-Day cards & I saw one slim, petite woman with long black hair. She walked past me & turned out she was an attractive Asian woman who looked familiar. On the way out I saw her again & walked past her. I said excuse me & then asked: "You're not Kristi Yamaguchi, are you?"
At 1st I thought she said no so I said "I'm sorry" because I thought I'd offended her. She said: "No, I'm Kristi" I told her I didn't mean to bother her but said I appreciated her talent & thought she's a great skater. She smiled & said thanks. Now we'll see what sort dancer she is? She's quiet & seems sort of shy. Nobody else there seemed to notice her (that's partly why I thought it might not be her) but she'll get noticed a lot more now after being on that show! |
