BTW, I read that Karina & her BF (the 1st Mario/Slater) might be taking a break because Karina was spotted out kissing & dancing with some handsome stranger.

And who can blame her? Don't we all snuggle with handsome strangers when we see them?

Not a surprising result from last night but sad either way ... Marlee must be a really sweet person IRL because everyone seems to love her.

Mike, I was told that Marlee was on Regis & Kelly the other day, and when asked who she thought would win she responded Jason & your girl Edyta.

Cool it would be Edyta's first win. Her husband won the first year with Kelly Monaco (only woman to win so far).

That was sort of an odd way to get hurt. He wasn't even picking Cheryl up or anything difficult like that. Heck, Taylor even did a handstand - impressive either way but even more so with a man his size.

I'll bet you jumped up when the injury occured & you were very concerned.

While I agree it was an odd way to get hurt, as much as we are not fans of the guy, if this is legit it would be a shame, but in saying that it may be time for him to go anyway.

Actually, I've rewatched it a couple of times and whether you think it was faked or not kinda depends on if you like him or not. At first it looked like he wanted to grab his side, then grabbed his arm. Weird in the fact that he didn't seem to do something obvious to it. He probably was hurt though.

Either way it's time for him to go.

Honestly, as I told a co-worker here today, I'm usually paying more attention to the female dancing but when I saw him turn away, I thought this can't be part of the routine or he forgot what was next & was upset. Then I saw him start to shake his arm.

Well that was truly unfortunate, as I really thought that Shannon and Derek
deserved to stay.

Yeah they were much better than Mario and Cristian. Really Cristian should have gone because 1) he was clearly the worst last night and 2) if he is really hurt what good will he be.

Marissa has a good shot at the finale now.

My mother said last night that if that is what is truly wrong with Christian then he should have left the show, because he will not be able to do the quick turns, and hold on. She worked in pharmacy for 25 years so I'm sure she knows what she is talking about.

Yeah & that would be too bad if Marissa did make the final but I agree, I could see that happening. All the fatty women watching that showing seeing her as their hero & voting for her as an extention of themselves. "If she's a champ, then I am too in a small way".

I wonder if she's lost much/any weight on that show? I recall Tia Carrerra really dropped a lot of weight after she had her baby & was on the show. Marie Osmond too. People have said they've lost as much as 20-40 pounds doing all that dancing.

As much as I hate Def Leppard, I have to admit the dancing and everything to "Pour Some Sugar" was pretty freaking cool.

The new song the played on the DWTS cd player was okay ... but remember I can't stand them.
