Boxing on Wii

I was just reading a thread on another site & ppl were discussing how much they enjoy the popular Wii gaming system many received for Christmas. At least 7 posts mentioned how they loved the boxing game on there, one guy said it's a great workout, another said his daughter loves the boxing game.

Hopefully something like this will bring us some more, younger boxing fans. For me personally, playing the TitleBout board game as a kid turned me into a boxing fan for life.

Yeah, Markus tried the Wii boxing game and loved it. And he said after 3 rounds he was exhausted

They also have a baseball batting game for the Wii where he hit the ball "out of the park" frequently

That's what this guy who tried out for the Navy SEALs said, his shoulders were so sore the next day. I've chatted with him before, a really good guy who likes both boxing & MMA.

I played 2, 3 round matches. It's amusing, but I couldn't get the timing down on the boxing.

Okay i am by no means a tennis fan but a couple fo months ago we had a Wii game day where we had a huge tennis tournament which i of course won. We played some basball and boxing but most of the day was spent playing tennis. Fast forward to the next day and my tricep, shoulder and back muscles felt like i had been in a car accident. To say the least the Wii is a must have for parties just make sure that the players attach the controlers to their wrist. Man i love the commercial where the guy throws the controler thru the plasma.

You should try Top Spin 2 for the Xbox. It's a great game.

I will ... my son's XBOX360 just got red ring of death so I bought him a new one and will send the old one in. Once I get it back it will be mine and Kelly's so I will start buying some games for it. Top Spin is already on the list.

Pretty scary how some of these games are getting. It will definitely eliminate the agruement that kids are sitting on their butts all day playing video games.

Now i am off to the doctor to get him to look at my tennis elbow. Gotta get better because the neighborhoods inaugural Sycamore Open is coming up quick, hope i get a good draw.
