If I want to buy TB 2.5 but I want to install it on a laptop that doesnt have internet access, can I get a license of this computer and it will work when i put it onto the laptop?

I plan to burn the setup file to a CD and install it on the laptop, but can i enable the game to work without internet access?

Burn the setup file to a CD and install it on the laptop, start it on the laptop and click on "License" in the purchase screen, then on "Get off-line license". Then follow the instructions on the screen. It's easy and it will let you install the license on the laptop without internet access, using another computer which has internet access.

This new update has given me a new appreciation and understanding of corrupt judges.

I'm finding myself more than a little biased when judging certain fights.

I am really going to blow my own horn on this one ... This was the one thing I wanted from the new game and is easily my favorite new feature!

Amazing

When was the last time a game was released for almost 24 hours with no posts in the troubleshooting and tech support forum?

Good work. It's doing a lot more for the game than I thought it would to be honest. I find I'm focusing on the fights I'm watching a lot more, and getting more immersed in them as well. A little interaction goes a long well for this.

Basically I wanted it because now Alexis Arguello and Marvin Johnson will never lose a round on at least one judges score card. What Johnson got knocked down twice and lost the round 7-39? 10-9 Marvin.

Okay, I'm annoyed to say the least. My TB2 order ID isn't working. It says it's not a valid discount coupon! This is copied exactly from the receipt.txt file.

Uggh ... good question. That will be a question Andreas needs to answer. I think at one point they were giving e-licenses to those who had the fusion product but I'm not 100% sure. I will make sure Andreas sees this.

I have no idea why it isn't working. As far as I know it has worked for others. This is probably something Andreas will have to answer.

Sorry I wish I was more help.

There is one potential reason: I was in the beta for TB2. I then bought the game when it was released. I'm wondering if I've somehow been using the beta key all this time, but I don't even know if that's possible. If it IS, I am in real trouble as I have no idea where to find the order ID for the one I paid for. I've contacted Elicense, but in the last year when I've had to contact then, their service has been absolutely pathetic.

Right now I am just extremely disappointed as 2.5 basically fixes all the things that prevented me from getting really into TB2, and I was extremely psyched to be starting my boxing universe this weekend...

I have an awful feeling I'm using the beta key from TB2, meaning I am boned as I have no idea where or how to find my actual one I paid for.

My boxing friend

At the very worst if your in a position to do so why not pay full price its worth it. I managed to get a discount but although i should have got 60% it only gave me the 15%. but i am still happy as i would have willingly paid the full price for the game. The reward for me is that more money will go into OOTP profits from this game, and the follow on could be our own Title Bout games will become more of an asset to the company.

In case your thinking its ok for you to say that i will tell you this. When i was in the beta testing i had the opportunity to have the game for free. In fact like some other on the team we declined there kind offer and paid full price for the game for the above reasons.

I had TB2 for free from the beta but paid for it anyway. It really appears I've been using the beta key all this time, which is bloody irritating as I can't find my key I paid for, Elicense have yet to reply, Andreas is probably tucked up in bed etc...

As for paying full price, my rent has just gone up $150, my building is now charging us for utilities etc... Perhaps if I hadn't recently bought OOTP as well... Besides this company has had a lot of money out of me over the years anyway. (OOTP 3, 4, 6, 2006, 8, TB1, TB2 etc...)

Regardless I'm still extremely disappointed and wished I'd known I was using the wrong key

I am sure Andreas will be able to hook you first thing in the morning and you will get a full weekend of play still

I really hope so. Since it's like Andreas crept inside my head and noted everything that bugged me with TB2 and fixed it. Mass edit, random fighters etc... Plus the judge mode sounds awesome.

Fingers crossed I guess! And if I had to pay full price, I wouldn't be able to buy this this month, and my six year old would never forgive me.

No apology needed my friend. Not like you said it to be mean Late last year I'd have been okay and it wouldn't have been an issue, but it's been a rough month. Plus as I said I have another game expense this month, and my six year old son would be extremely disappointed if I abandoned that one.

The good news: ELICENSE ARE VICTORIOUS! Got an email back with, apparently, the correct order number. Will try it later, but it appears I'm sorted.

Will post and let folk know, but I'm quite happy now Just hope it works.
