Boulevard is very good beer. We have nice pub in Minneapolis Minnesota called Brits Pub that has very good Guiness on tap along with English beers on tap that are excellent.

I think I went there during my one business trip to KC, when I turned 45! I enjoyed a number of their offerings, particularly their Irish Ale. Guinness is great but I usually drink Yuengling Black and Tan, which is a bit lighter and a lot cheaper. The Yuengling daughter visited our pub on a promotional tour, and the pub owner wangled a free poster signed by the president of the brewery!

I like bottled Guinness (and have a cat with that name, as well as a Murphy Stout cat), and mix it with any regular beer. I start with an 18 ouncer, 1 part Guinness, 2 parts regular, then go half and half, then 2 parts Guinny & 1 regular, and finish with all Guinness!

I tip the scales at around 200, spread over a 6'3" frame. If I didn't drink copious quantities of beer, I'd weigh about 175! Once I can figure out how to size down a pic or 2, I'll post me ugly mug on the Mugshots thread!

For some reason, I'm getting thirsty. Signing off for now!!!

Two excellent beers! If there ever is a Title Bout convention in the future, I'd like to have the beer concession!

Sounds like the mantra for many of us who have posted to this thread should be "So many beers, so little time!"

Tonights movie was "Gone Baby Gone" excellent movie. Casey Affleck became a star in this one. He had the acting skills Ben only wish he had.

Good screenplay and direction by Ben though. Ed Harris deserves an award for the movie ... okay back to drinking !!!!

That is one movie that I actually look forward to see. I've read a couple of Lehane's books and they are all good. I think I'll go and see Sweeney Todd also.

I look at the new films that they are showing and nothing really cathes my attention anymore. I remember when there were at least a couple of movies that I wanted to see.

good movie...Have you seen boondock saints? Really a great movie that the director screwed himself on and never got released in theatres. Was released a few years later to DVD. Director screwed himself so bad he can't get no work in Hollywood. If you like action and drunken irishmen with guns you'll love it, Only drawback is Ron Jeremy was casted as an Italian gangster luckily he has a small role.

Tonights movie "The Brave One" features Zoe Kravitz ... the 19 year old daughter of Lenny and Lisa Bonet ... which leads to two questions

1) how the f*** old does it make me feel that Lisa Bonet has a 19 y/o daughter

and

2) how perverted am I that I'd like to make a mom and daughter sandwich with the two?

Excellent movie .. surprised it wasn't nominated for best picture ... Zoe was good for the little time she was in it. She was also in "No Reservations" which I tried to watch Friday night and turned off after 30 minutes ... didn't see the part she was in.

I can't believe how much she looks like Lisa ... BTW Lisa Bonet is older than me ... she was born in 1967 ... I have a 20 y/o and an 18 y/o so I guess she can have a 19 y/o but Jesus that makes me feel old.
