Me, the Bear, Austin, and Don. I'm in the brown shirt, bear has the hat on.

Thanks for the pic Mark. I'm definitely going to make my way up to Canastota one of these years.

Austin has the turtle on his shirt and don is in the grey shirt between austin and bear. Marvin Hagler and Pernell Whitaker were about ten feet away at the time of the picture. Leon Spinks had just left vacating his normal bar seat.

Nice pic Mark. I will try to make it next year, as I am seriously considering offering
a former colleague and supervisor of mine an all-expense paid trip there next
year. He has been a boxing fan forever. Perhaps after seeing the game we will
have another buyer.

He can certainly afford the trip, as he attended the World Cup of Soccer a couple of years ago.

Who's the other guy? I'm so confused. Austin's turtleshirt guy. Don's greyshirt guy. Bear is bear. Who are two on far left? (I'm assuming Don is Jofre.)

The guy on the left is named Gary Schultz. He is a member of IBRO and also a boxing memorabelia dealer who lives downstate near the University of Illinois.

We should have included Marvin in the photo.....we may have caught him refusing to speak to someone again.

Hi mh2365,

The reason I have a turtle on my shirt, it's the only thing that I can keep up with. As for scoring a 1st round KO, you might run into my fat belly and not get out before the ref counts 10!! I'm a long way from a 160 lbs.

This is the 21st Century. The ladies won't have a problem, but today's fighters will. Your trunks have to be below your knees.
