FNF 6/6 (spoilers)

Tonight's card is coming from one of my favorite venues/stops.......Uniprix Stadium in Montreal, QC. I'll never forget last years card when Randall Bailey and Herman Ngoudjo fought in the middle of a driving rain storm. It was an incredible scene to watch.

Here's my predictions:

Ngoudjo SD12 M'baye
Demers KO3 Hill

The kid on the undercard is someone to watch

Lemieux definitely looks like the real deal. Hopefully he moves up his competition a bit.

Demers is nothing special. He has an amateur boxing style that works against inferior opposition. I don't see him being much more than a local attraction in Montreal.

* Lemieux starred with his trainer, Russ Amber, in a bunch of title boxing videos several years ago. He appears to have well above average punching power at this point.

I agree Lemieux is an average puncher at best but his boxing skills are really good. Russ Abner struck gold with him.

Herman Ngoudjo just won a UD over Soulyeman M'Baye. 117-111, 116-112, 115-113.

I agree with the last judges scorecard.

Abner is a great boxing coach. He masters the basics. As long as this kid can take a shot, he will be a major player in a couple of years. They had a corpse in front of him tonight.

Lemioux looked okay but hard to judge with the stiff he was in against. Demers was in with just as big of a stiff and should be absolutely embarrassed that he couldn't get the guy out of there. Paulie Malinaggi thinks Demers is a feather puncher.

The title fight was boring but I agree with the 116-112/115-113 scores. Overall crappy card.

I personally thought the card would be a lot better. Lemieux should start facing more guys with a pulse. He definitely has skill but it's difficult to guage how good he really is by facing stiffs.

If Demers was anything special.......he would have crushed Hill. His loss to Abraham was no abberation.

Ngoudjo is a tough guy. Even though it was a boring fight.....He managed to beat M'Baye with a shut eye. Hopefully he gets his rematch with Malignaggi (or whoever wins the IBF title) because I can definitely see him winning a world title down the line. Just had a few tough breaks go against him.

It's just hard to judge Lemieux from that fight because Lee looked awesome against nobodies also, the Vera smacked him around.

That's why I want to see Lemieux against a guy with a pulse. You never know with these decorated amateurs. Their style sometimes does not translate to the pros.
