Manny Pacquio New Rating in TB2?

I own Title Bout 2; with the advent of Pacquio winning in the lightweight division is TB going to rate the new guy and create a zip file so I can put him in my game as a lightweight. This boxer is great and he gets to props on ESPN. I dont understand why. He is great to his sport and his people and you never here bad things about him outside the ring? There is defintely something wrong. Well, I am off the beaten path and would like a new rating established for him for his new title belt in the lightweight division.
