Did you try following any of Andreas' FAQ posts about elicense?

FAQ: How do I move my license from one computer to another?

FAQ: I've got a new computer! Do I have to purchase a new copy of the game?

FAQ: How do I unlicense the game?

Yes - He told me to contact him regarding this if I needed a new license / purchase ID # - I've tried his email but not sure that is getting through to him / working correctly - So went the public forum route here....as I know he checks in from time to time....

Have you tried contacting elicense and asking them to reset it?

I always forget to unlicense stuff when I switch computers and I've contacted them multiple times. I've never had a problem when I asked them to reset it... they just ask you a few questions about your personal info and you are playing 5 minutes after you get off the phone.

The ticket thing never works, though. I always have to call.

Where do I go about getting this phone number? Did a quick search and nothing came up -

Install 2.5 (went to the license section and they want my Order ID, who the fk keeps that info for years?? Or even months as the case may be...) - Then there is no contact #, no contact email address......within this section of the install.

Fk. Seems like there are much more customer friendly ways to go about this - The least they could do is give the customer a direct # or email address to write to / speak with if having issues (at this point of installing again).

I've gone ahead and found the support.elicense email address....

Still seems like a great waste of time.......For a small community type game....Where there is a very loyal fan base of customers.....who aren't out there looking to cheat TBCB....

In case anyone else needs it:

Phone numbers:
Within the United States
866-723-3376

It is in one of the FAQs that Andreas posted. It is actually because this is a small company that Elicense is used. Several dollars (I believe) out of every purchase goes to elicense so they can manage the whole thing for a company that consists of only a few people and does not have the manpower or other resources to handle it on their own.

Glad that you resolved it.
