This one is a definite no. The preperation, so to speak, that occurs when a schedule is created means that a bout must proceed, and cannot be modified.

Think of it this way, all the complex calculations that go into making this work are basically done at the point of scheduling - if you then changed it, nothing would match up and the entire thing would collapse.

I'm anxious for this as well. I'm back in the TBCB mode, but I think my 2003 Excel version kept me from enjoying the Beta file.

After playing around with this I have finally got it working to the point where I can add fighters into the main section and schedule fights.

However when I try and add the results it doesn't amend the records, rankings, career stages, etc. The records all stay at 0-0-0 and where it should say W (with a green background) or L (with a red background) it just says 0.

Anyone else had this problem and/or know what the solution is??

Sorted this now, you have to enter the result in column E not D as per the instructions.

Has anyone ever added more than 50 fighters??

I entered more than 50 but it starts taking a very long time to load results and boxers.. That is why I stopped using and was waiting for the new one to see what progressed.. I had about 58 boxers total.

Jade did a great job on it and it is very easy to use.. although I did have a couple guys who seemed to still fight each other 3 or 4 times in 15 bouts.. That was another thing I sort of did not like but overall good work.

If you mean about fighters i has created since my game - I has created more - more than 50 fighters in TBCB - and i have my K1(Karate) Championship in TBCB more than 30 fighters (Mirco Crocop, Andy Hug, Mike Bernardo and others)

Hi all,

Sincerest apologies on this. I have done maybe five or six hours work on it since October, and made progress but simply have not completed the job.

I hope you can understand why I didn't want cash for this

Frustratingly, I know exactly what I want to do with it, but working on it after spending all day staring at Excel sheets never seems to be at the top of my priority list.

Happy to address any isues anyone is having with the Beta, otherwise I hope to put in some work over the Xmas period.

I'm curious - It sounds like this is something where you know what to do, but don't have the time to do it . . . I'm pretty good with Excel, would it work if you had someone to help with the grunt work?

Hi there. Yeah you pretty much nailed it. Everytime I think of working on it, I'm either too stuffed to get into it or something else comes up. I sincerely apologise to all those waiting for a second.

I only hope that the fact the Beta was a bloody good piece of work is enough for some.

I'd like to complete this, and I have sooooo much work done and ideas to go, but the cold hard reality is I simply can never find the time (each session of working on this has normally been three or four hours whilst at work). Lucky for me, I found a new job which pays more. Unfortunately they also expect more which has taken away my free time.

I am happy to answer any questions relating to the Beta. As for making another one, I just don't think it's going to be possible in the near future.
