I like the idea above that would be very easy to add and delete titles as the population of your universe changes. Jade just an FYI i do not seem to be getting the same amount of sleep now that i am able to use this spreadsheet. I wonder if there is any direct correlation? |

For those that do not have Excel 2007 you may want to check out the college student option. If you can prove you are a college student or have a college student you can get a version of Office 2007 for like $50.

Hi Guys,
Many thanks for the feedback recieved. Special mention to Javier and GoCubsGo (somebody really needs to explain baseball to me), for their very indepth and thoughtful responses. The more responses and ideas I get the better I can make this - I will go as far as to say this can be made into something special, for all TBCB users to enjoy. Anyways, as requested, I have attached the original instruction document on how to use the sheet. I deleted this accidentally when I replaced the original file. This should go someway as to explain how to use the sheet at a basic level. By all means, if you have any questions for me, hit the thread or IM me. If you have a suggestion, please put it on the thread - because if its public it gets everyone thinking

Short of being able to export the fighter into a CSV or Excel spreadsheet or heck anywhere else you can cut and paste into excel from then you would have to manually enter the names.

You can copy all the names into the 'Pool' tab, but yes, you would have to hit 'Add Fighter' 2500 times over the course of your universe to make them active. The more astute excel users will just aske their PC to run the macro 2500 times if you wanted them all active straight away.

Anyone else having a blast with this thing? I have a few more months i want to get thru to build up some history and then i will start a new universe to follow my progress and use of this scheduler. While at first a little cumbersome i now have 70 fighters in my little world and i can fly thru a month pretty well. I started with fighters from 1960-1964 and am now adding in fighters from random years. The first group to join in was 1989. I highly recommend taking Office 2007 for their 60 day trial and giving this spreadsheet (and more) a try.
