Here, here, for Andrea's.............His position means getting flack when customers are upset......but he also deserves just as much praise when results are produced.....

So, thank you and much appreciated.

Wow. Saw this and was excited to try it out.

The good news is that after installing this patch the computer no longer mis-uses it's strategies.

The bad news is that the reason it doesn't is that after installing this patch I get a CTD immediately after launching the program and seeing the main menu.

Yes, I unlicensed/uninstalled/reinstalled. Same thing.

Thanks for nothing.

Seems to be working without a problem. This patch really helps. Two thumbs up!

Thanks Andreas, much appreciated. Is there any chance I can also get the first patch, as I lost everything a while back when the game crashed on me.

Look for the OOTP Developments folder under Program Files. Just open My Computer and double-click on your hard drive. Then, you'll see the OOTP folder. Open that and you'll see the current .EXE file. I changed the name of mine to - OLDtb2.5.

Then paste the new tb2.5 into the folder.

That's it. When you start the game, the new exe file will now go into action.

CLICK ON program files
CLICK ON out of the park developments
CLICK ON title bout championship boxing 2.5
In there is a picture of some boxing gloves named tb2.5 --- this is the one it it overwrite's.

Before you extract the new patch in this make a copy of it in case something goes wrong, that way you can put it back if you so wish.

If you have to, download the game again and just put the latest patch on that will be up to date.

That's okay, it doesn't make any difference . It's better to have two posts with the right answer than none!

This version of the game takes a little getting used to with many of the files residing in the OOTP folder in My Documents and the executible file under Program files.

Sounds like you started the exe in the wrong folder. You need to paste the tb2.5.exe from the downloaded archive into the TB program folder first.

This would imply that nothing was corrected which doesnt seem to be the case. Perhaps a little patience in the matter to allow someone to help you get it installed correctly might be a solution. As I am writing this I noticed a couple of responses should help you resolve your issues.
