Not sure personally. Doesn't look like he has the cauliflower ear in the picture.

The guy with the gray hair with his mouth open in front is Babe Orlando
The guy seated far right is Vince Handley
The guy 2nd from the right standing is Packey O'Gatty
The big guy in the back standing in front of the banner is former Light Heavyweight Champion, Gus Lesnevich
The guy seated 3rd from the left is Tommy Dell
The guy standing in the back between the 2 guys with the glasses on is Battling Odin Dudrich
