I had a fight once where Gerry Cooney broke his hand on Jerry Quarry's head and lost via TKO in the first round.

87 missed, that is scary, hopefully an anomaly.
(And I will remove an L from valliant) |

I'll be honest guys hockey is taking up my time now pretty much and haven't had a chance to go deeper into the stat fights but I cannot recall ANY TB game being this lopsided.

It happened again. Wladimir Klitschko broke his hand on the head of Sergei Liakhovich 21 seconds into the fight.

In the end, when ever you're generating numbers randomly, you'll at some juncture encounter an anomaly...something that seems totally unbelievable.
I wasn't inclined to contribute/comment to this thread until yesterday when on pure whim I matched pre-prime Ali against Bowie Adams...Adams knocked Ali cold in the first round!!!! For me, this confirms the statement often made by statisticians: if you lock a couple of chimps in a room with some typewriters, there's always the remote possibility that they'll bang out the complete works of Shakespeare. |
