NEW LIcense with VIATECH
I had purchased TBCB 2.5 years ago, and recently installed on a new computer, I contacted Viatech since i had used up all of my licenses, they emailed me back and said some other company is now in charge of those, I emailed them and Scott from that company emailed me back and said yes VIatech is suppose to do that, but only for their games and that TItle Bout boxing is not one of thier games, and he said Viatech has something mixed up and that he will try to contact them, in the mean time, I emailed Viatech back and told them of this issue, and they have yet to get back with me, how the heck do you get a new license for this excellent game, and why all the run around, can anyone help me or can OOTP Dev. contact Viatech and straighten them out.

I can not do anything with TB2.5 licenses as I am not the account holder. You need to contact Andreas for assistance. When I get a spare min I will ask Andreas for control of the account.

I seem to remember that the argument in favour of elicenses was that Andreas would be able to relicense us forever. When I was a kid forever seemed to last a bit longer.

Yeah.. I think Via Tech got confused with the game. This is something Andreas (or probably any of the OOTP support guys with access to the OOTP eLicense account) should be able to help with, or frankly eLicense. I have forwarded the email I received to try and get them to help you.

Thanks CAp and Scott & Paul for all your help, I just found Andreas email on here and sent him a message also, hopefully that helps, I guess if I can't find a way to get a license, currently then no one else seeking one can't either or will be able to in the future, if this is not worked out.

Update Finally emailed Andreas & got my license renewed, thanks for all the help everyone.
I think they need to either give or sell, either way, offer a permanent, lifetime license. |

I am having a similar problem. I bought the original game several years ago (TBCB), and can no longer access the game. I have contacted eLicense and they cannot do anything. I have sent Andreas several emails and have not heard back. I was "thebadguy," on this forum, several years ago. I don't think Andreas was a big fan of mine. I doubt it's personal... but it crossed my mind. Jim Trunzo was going to help me, but something came up.
