Title Bout

Just want to say that I really like what you guys are doing with this game. If it lives up to the quality of other .400 games like Out of the Park then we should have a great sim on our hands.

I look forward for more info and the eventual release.

Also being as you guys are the same makers of the classic Avalon Hill game it sure does "date" you guys.

We are "dated" that's for certain. But thank you for the kind words and we really feel in our gut that we are going to do it right this time and build from there. We have tremendous faith in .400 Software Studios and both Andreas and Aurelio as programmer and graphic designer respectively.

Hey Jim,

I understand from one of your earlier posts that you will be "immediately resuming work on the Role Play aspect of the game." To which I say this.........take a break, kid....you've been working hard. At least savor the moment for a bit before replacing your nose on the grindstone (where it sounds like it's been for quite some time now).

Seriously, I also would like to echo my thanks to you and the guys at .400 for working so hard to make this game a reality.

Oregon!

The land of more "Brew pups and strip clubs per captia then anywhere else in the world".

Though I only partake in one of the above (brew pubs) it sure is a great place to live.

God, this is refreshing. You don't know how nice it is to hear some of the above. I will take some time off, or cut back a bit on hours, before jumping in with both feet but, truthfully, I'm rejuvenated. I've thought long and hard about just chucking it all and concentrating on my freelance writing, and a few other projects that actually have a pay check attached but I'm so excited by what I see as FINALLY the realization of a long-time dream (thanks to Markus, Aurelio and Andreas) that I'm pumped to turn this into something even more special. But knowing that this is appreciated really helps - especially after all the personal problems with which I've been plagued over the last few years.
