A Technical Question

A pal asked me this question and I didn't know the answer. He has two PCs and he's a little paranoid when it comes to viruses, so he has one hooked to the net and one not.

He asked me can he download the sim to PC #1, burn it on to a CD, and then load it on to the second PC that is not connected to the net? I haven't got a clue.

He should be able to. It's jusy a install file, not like a xp file where you have to do alot of diffrent work.

Hi Cap,

If for some reason that doesn't work, he should be able to install the program then copy the entire Comp-u-Sports folder to a CD and drag and drop it to the other PC (and create his own shortcuts afterwards). I've done it that way and it worked out OK, just make sure he copies the updates to the CD too, so he can use those on the other PC.

I was thinking about the same thing. I've got an older PC with Win98 and a newer one with WinXP loaded. Shouldn't be a problem, right?
