HD Crashed

Man did it ever, after spending about an hour trying to get BIOS to recognize it, I removed it and it's rattling! This is a 1 month old 80 gig drive....JEEZ....anyway, amongst all the other stuff I lost, my Title Bout is gone along with all the fight histories and champs.

Who do I need to contact to get my game installed? You guys or someone at the licensing site?

Call Viatech as they handle all licensing. They will ask you for some information to get your license reinstated so have your receipt handy.

Receipt is sitting on a dead hard drive so that ain't happening.

Hmm, do you have a possible copy of your order in your email box? Something other than say Outlook express since it goes right to your harddrive, but if you have an email hosted somewhere else, you could look it up at a friends or family members home and print it out or something. /shrug not sure what else you could do.

Hope you get it figured out so you can play again and hope you can get your comp fixed as well.

I think if you tell Viatech you ordered the game, they can check their files. They have been very good with stuff like this for me with other games in the past, when I had no Order ID or Receipt number. I sent them an email if I recall and they responded within 12 hours. Good Luck

To the previous poster, I generally do not use outlook (microsofts portable virus distributor), but use a different pop3 program. Anyway, I got my mail back because
I had made a backup but I couldn't find any record of the order number. I don't think
they ever sent it. I did make a "save as" copy of the confirmation page which went bye bye with the hard drive.

Anyway, I did call viatech and they set me up on Saturday, which was cool.
I still lost all my fight results though......
