"Louisville Lip" is the prewar, Cassius Clay Ali. "The Greatest" is postwar Ali. I believe the 3rd one is a composite covering his entire career. Of course, that guy never actually existed and tends to be somewhat unbeatable. You can view him if you want as the Ali who would have fought during the prime years he lost.

To be honest i myself feel there should be a Clay in the game and then a considered later Ali. Ali in fact himself said he thought that if the young Clay had met the older wiser Ali, he though the older version of himself would have won.
Hell if the 15 rated Ali is only a fantasy Ali who never existed, we best do the same for quite a few fighters who like Joe Louis lost nearly 4 years away from boxing while in the army. Lets in that case put in a Mike Tyson who never went astray and had stayed on track and in shape. Tony Zale the MW. Lets also imagine if Jake LaMotta had been able to get fights at his considered peak and not been kept waiting and waiting. There is no end to this fantasy world, Its supposed to be a true simulation of real boxing and needs to be kept that way. I have an idea though that the 15 rated Ali is the considered prime one. ![]() |
