Auto Scheduler Help for Most Enjoyment and Realism

Ok guys...I have 1.2, non bundle, I dont know if the other patches were currently in my game since I had to reset my license (does it make a difference).

How can I get the most out of auto scheduling.

I want to have heavweights from active and retired. I want the computer to auto schedule fighters.

1) How can I have my best fighters in there.

2) Where can I see their rankings?

3) Where can I see their performance ratings?

4) When I am done auto schedule and start a new schedule can I carry over records from one auto schedule to another.

5) After I complete auto schedule, what is the best way for fighters to contend for the title under auto scheduling or whatever and will their performance and rankings change as they move up and down the ladder?

Just seems difficult using this auto scheduling.

Can you help me out with the above. Keep in mind, can you include the info I mentioned in para one so I know I have all the update stuff from all the patches. What happens to cubedrum that I downloaded? What database should I create? I have a new title bout championship database created from another patch and that is there. Would that still be good and should I keep it or use another db within my game options settings.

Again, thanks for your help. I want to get the most fun and the most realism from a part of the game..auto scheduling that I feel, at least I hope is good based on the games so called rankings and performance ratings.

Again, appreciate your help and input.

Ok no hits on my string..but please help me out here. I have been playing around with the auto scheduler. I have alot of top heavyweights involved but a problem. For instance, I have updated records for Ali, he is doing great but under fighters menus, I hit that it gives ranks for these guys but no ranking for Ali, Dempsey, etc. There is one for Roy Jones because the during the auto scheduler the computer randomly chose him. He is ranked 32.

What is wrong here? No ranking for my top guys who were involved in the auto scheduler, and other fights.

Am I using the wrong database under options.

Remember I updated using the non bundle 1.2 but you remember my problems..I booted the whole game..well if you read my other strings you know my problem.

What is the problem above and things I mentioned in the first string of this topic.

I read the pdf file and still dont know why some of my top guys are not ranked.

Please help out here guys.

Earl,I'll try and help you if I can? Pick your database under through options. While in options you will see minimum fights to get ranked and minimum fights for top 10 ranking. Set them as you like? When you use the rescheduler just click for each fighter EX: heavyweights-and then click ALL to use both active and retired fighters. On the same screen at the bottom you can pick the minimum or maximum rating to use. EX: minimum 11-Maximum 15,at these settings you'll get only the best fighters. Or you can set your fighters by rank EX: minimum rank50-maximum rank 1,now only your top 50 ranked heavyweights will fight. You can find the rankings under the TITLE button. Click Title, then click on a belt EX: WBA,then click on a division say heavyweights. Presto, there are your rankings. When you use the scheduler there is a button that will ask if you want to update each fighters record. Don't be afraid to look around the game and learn what you can do? Also, try doing a search on this web site to answer any individual or specific questions. Hope that helps a little.

Also check to make sure in options that you have it set to
rank both retired and active fighters. There is a check box
dealing with that.

Appreciate your inputs..I have clicked all for heavyweights so retired and active are in it. I include my min and max ratings so who fights. Now whats the deal with rankings.

I covered that in a different string...Retired guys no matter how many times they fight in the auto schedule..just dont get ranked..active guys do..unless I do something wrong.

Last..before I update 1.2 (non-bundled)..under I think the 1.9..I created my own database because Andreas said so. Should I use the orig database that came with the orig game when I bought it online?

Let me know. Again..I thank you guys for your help and support here.

As I am getting into this how do you guys really use auto schedule for realism and enjoyment.

What judges to you use?

Do you use the unified system..wbc...?

Does these fights you fight using the scheduler tell which belts are help by which people and how?

What cornermen and refs do you use?

Location..does that mean anything..

Do you use hometown hero or defending champion.and when do you you this?

Just want some feedback here for the most enjoyment.]

Earl under options the default checked off was, Rank Only Active Fighters. Uncheck this and your retired fighters will get ranked. I use generic everything judges, referees etc. Except for Title Bouts in which I also check off defending champ and I actually randomly choose judges and Referee. I do not include my champions in the auto scheduler. There is a button for this option available at the fighters individual screen. I use Cubedrum's data base. Also, you have to download his fighter photos if you already haven't they add alot more to the game.

Now you Brocton..you brought up a good point...with 1.2..under the options and the game options that shows where you choose databases..then are you saying that I should be displaying the cube database that I download.

Then when I displayed cubes database..how will that change the 1.2 new download..and when I choose Cubes what do I need to do so this database is being used in playing the game..do I need to click on something in another menu, reset something or what?

Thanks.

Earl just choose Cube's databease from the options. The game will have to shut-off,when you restart you will have Cube's database. This will have no affect on the 1.2 patch.
